So I was told that if I blog continuously that it would change the ratings on my website. Do you think this is true? I think I will give it a try to see if this makes any difference. Please post a comment or email me if you believe that it makes a difference.
I have tried to promote my business through spending lots of money on platforms that promise increased traffic to my website. Quite frankly they usually come with another web site attached to them and offer a variety of services such as drip emails and positing to my social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
After spending two years of faithfully paying these companies my hard earned dollars, I have not noticed any increase in business. Funny thing is, not until I contacted the company to discontinue my services did they offer to lower my monthly bill, waive a month of fees and then offer additional help to drive more business to my site or get leads. Why were they not willing to do this just because I was a loyal customer paying the high premium each month?
In the very beginning of staring this blog, I was posting frequently. I also had spent a small investment of $100 or so for a Realtor.com advertisement. I noticed some increase and actually got some leads from my website.
Things got busy and I no longer made the time to post. I am not sure if the increased business came from the blogging activity or from the advertisement. That is why I am going to attempt to blog as much as possible and see it there is any change.
Do you have an opinion on this? If so, please post a comment.
